Her most recent trials include...
Robbery 1st degree (with a PFO 1). The client was facing a potential life sentence (per statute, it is 20-50 years or life). After a 3 day trial, he walked away with a misdemeanor and reunited with the love of his life the following morning!
Trafficking (with a PFO 1). Client was facing 10-20 years. The jury convicted him on possession instead. He got 3 years rather than the 10-20 he was up against, and was released on parole within a month.
DUI 1st. Aquittal. Client was out of custody prior to trial, but the jury found her not guilty of the charge, and she no longer needed to worry about having a DUI on her record.
